How It Was Made
In the making of this wine, boldness was key. Every task was performed fully. Picked remarkably late to achieve powerful fruit intensity and concentration of colour. A portion was fermented and aged in brand-new Oak barrels, and a portion aged in seasoned oak barrels of different ages. After maturing the wine for a lengthy 16 months, the blend composed, and bottled.
