How It Was Made
In the making of this wine, selectivity was key. These vines are impressive, knotty, and 80 years old. Only the most pristine grapes were hand-picked picked and set aside, resulting in only two barrels were made. This wine is the definition of boutique winemaking. Gentle and careful handling of the fruit at every step, minimal intervention needed because of the quality of the fruit, and an extremely close eye over 12 months before dropping everything at the perfect time to hand-bottle once the creaminess and oak characteristics were at their finest.

The vibrancy, and brilliant colour bursts through the glass with lifted aromatics of cherry ripe and raspberry. Subtle notes of spiced mocha seep through, finishing with floral characteristics. A mouth-filling, but refined elegant palate of silk follows, with flavours of raspberry and creaminess persisting.
