How It Was Made
In the making of this wine, elegance was key. Every task was performed gently. Handpicked in the morning into small buckets so the grapes skin integrity wasn’t compromised and didn’t crush under the grapes’ own weight. Pressed at a low pressure. Fermented largely in tank with a few barrels so that when it came time to bottle, we could potentially add in some structure, and experiment. The fruit shone through beautifully and wasn’t hidden by the oak treated components, which were added back into the main blend after 10 months to compliment and balance the juicy fruit.

Bright and perfumed, the inviting bouquet shows ripe strawberry, raspberry, floral and mixed spice aromas, followed by an elegantly weighted palate that is smooth and lingering. The wine offers fabulous fruit purity and vibrancy, backed by polished tannins.
